Who We Are
Arthan Kitchens is a family-run business specialising in the design and fitting of custom kitchens, bathrooms, and bespoke furniture. Although we began operating from central Cambridge in 2009 in custom kitchen and bedroom design and fitting, our first workshop opened in the late 90s as a bespoke furniture workshop.
Our proudly local small business has grown to include 8 team members, but we always endeavour to keep the family-run and family-operated vigour since first opening our doors to the public and thus selectively choose skilled craftsmen and apprentices as our employees to ensure consistently high standards of quality are met for our valued customers.
Our Showroom in Cambridge
In 2014, we opened our high-end furniture and kitchen showroom to the public. Seeing is believing, especially when it comes to custom kitchens and bespoke fitted furniture. That’s why we welcome all of our valued customers to visit our showroom in Cambridge to see, touch, and feel different kitchen materials and samples before deciding on a design choice.
Our Cambridgeshire showroom has also been refurbished in late 2021 and it’s looking more beautiful than it’s ever been. All the more reason to come visit and speak with one of our team members about your dream kitchen design.

The Arthan Academy
Our consistently high standards of quality come with experience and training, and as we’ve developed our own wealth of experience in the past 25 years we’ve also begun passing the torch of knowledge and training to apprentices at our Arthan Academy.
Taught by skilled members of our own team, we offer various courses designed to impart practical knowledge and skills to empower students, such as furniture design and restoration, Victorian house woodworking, traditional hand woodworking skills, and many more.
